Dr Badei is an amazing doctor who genuinely cares for her patients and takes the time to hear them and their needs/requirements. 1) GETTING AN APPOINTMENT:...Every time you call for an appointment, you'll have to redial over 50 times (I have screenshots of me having to call over 100 times a couple of times). I understand they're busy, however, a better system needs to be put in place. When you finally get through, within 10 minutes of the line opening all appointments have gone for the whole day.2) RECEPTION STAFF ATTITUDE:...These women are quite rude and are so quick to hang up on you. I have spoken to all of them as I recognise the voices to the people I have seen face to face at the reception area. When they eventually answer the phone, you can barley say a word in before they rudely interrupt and ask "your name!".Whilst you are talking, all you can hear is these women giggling in the background, which is not nice and can make you paranoid. They need to understand the patients calling have personal and sensitive problems, so they need to be trained in proper customer service, care and awareness because they clearly lack it here. They cannot answer the phone 9/10 times being rude and abrupt - it's disgraceful. There is a younger lady who is very nice though.I called once and the reception lady asked me what my problem is (why I need to see a doctor). I said it's personal as they do not need to know my problem!

Aside from the fact I find it slightly strange to have three different practices all under that same roof I must say that I have always found the reception staff, midwives, health visitors and nurses extremely helpful. I have a newborn baby and I have always found them friendly and compassionate. Thank you.

Been attending this surgery for 3 years and the staff is more rude every day. Starting from ignoring you when you wait at he counter while drinking coffee, today gave them a call regarding some test results. Lady was super dismissive, not answering the only question I asked and saying bye bye repeatedly thinking she had hung up the phone but I was still on the line waiting for my answer. Giggling with somebody and finally said the final bye and hung up on me like that. Had to call second time to know that I actually need to see the doctor Unacceptable

Rude and incompetent, give the Yellow practice a wide berth - especially if you are vulnerable. Disgusting attitude torwards my wifes patient care including repeatedly dispensing the wrong dose of drugs despite numerous attempts from the Chemist and my wife to correct this (they seem unable to follow simple written instructions from the specialist consultant). This negatively affected my wifes health. The reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, their attitude but not competence improves a little when they know I am there or listening, perhaps because my wife is not English but I am?Now registering with another practice that is capable of prescribing prescriptions at correct doses.

The doctors are fabulous and the nurses. However trying to get an appointment literally takes you half an hour to get through and then if youre lucky enough they will have slots available. But 9/10 they dont and youve wasted time trying. They even had the cheek to ask if it was urgent and if I needed to see the doc as they are short staffed today ?! I think as a grown woman I know when I need to see the doctor. I wouldnt call over 50 times and over half an hour period to try to be told I dont need to see the doctor. Lets leave that to the medical professionals to decide. Its actually quite rude to even ask someone that as they do not know your ailments. I assure you nobody wants to wait at the docs for no reason. So sadly will be leaving this practice as its just too difficult to get through and to get appointments. Shame really as I really like the doctors and nursing staff.
