I have nothing but praise for dr Morcos and the receptionists. Everyone are completely professional , always greet you with a smile and really try to help . As for dr Morcos he is one if the best doctors I have ever Seen he has helped me consistently over the years I have been going to the white practice . The practice is having problems with appointments at the moment but this is due to other practices closing their books and not accepting any more patients which ultimately puts a strain on the practices trying to absorb new patients from all the surrounding areas and being drastically short of new doctors . As I said nothing but praise .
I tried to get an appointment for my daughter for next Friday when she will be back from university for a few days. She wanted to see her doctor. Although this is seven days away there were no pre bookable appointments. I cannot understand why it is so difficult to get an appointment a week in advance. Some appointments had already been taken on that day (how?) but there was nothing for her. A very disappointing experience all round. The best she can do is to turn up at 8am on the day. She won't be home again until Christmas so let's hope there is something then. Obviously no guarantee though.
