There is sometimes negative connotations associated with estate agents, but from the start, Ben went above and beyond to understand the property we were looking for and had a wealth of knowledge about the areas we were interested in. We are still on the hunt for the right property, but unlike 90% of other agents, Ben understands what we are after and only sends over suitable properties. I cant recommend Martin Flashman highly enough! 5* star service
Darrell was easy to communicate with, extremely proactive at every step of the process, and always came up with very productive and practical solutions to the problems that inevitably presented themselves along the way, often very creatively so. At the start of the process, we visited many agents, and Darrell distinguished himself from the get-go. He then got in touch with just the right property, and then managed the negotiation and subsequent process very professionally. I honestly don't know how we would have fared with our first purchase of a UK property, with fairly specific requirements, if it wasn't for Darrell. I am a retiree with 3 decades of experience in the service industry, almost all client-facing, so I know what I'm talking about when I say that Darrell is a star. We thank God for sending us his way!
