I recently sold my maisonette in Weybridge with James Neave. I was recommended to them by a friend of mine.My place had been on the market for nearly a year with a couple of other well regarded local agents and we hadnt any break throughs. So although I wasnt keen on sharing the marketing with 2x agents, I met with Andy.From the initial conversations and subsequent visit/instruction right through through to completion - everything was very smooth. Nothing too much trouble. Andy was outstanding. In fact even the other agent in my chain was always very complementary!Its definitely worth pointing out that even though the maisonette was already being actively marketed with the other agent, Andy and his team had a number of viewings arranged before the property even went live on the James Neave website etc...In fact it was one of these viewings who decided to buy!All of the time I was up for sale with other agents, and James Neave needed just a week. I was bowled over.To anyone considering which Agent to use in Walton/Weybridge - my suggestion would be to call these guys. They are honest, up front and great communicators. No one ever went missing throughout the process - they were always at the end of a phone or email. They didnt promise me the earth, they kept me grounded and nothing was too much trouble.
