Omg I'm sure this place doesn't even exist never answer the phone and they have managed to lose an item of mine well done!!!!!

Don't know why people are complaining about phone not being answered, it no longer goes direct to individual offices so you can't blame them. It's a centralised line now, like so many are these days. Always been great when I've collected parcels. Polite, speedy service, some people just enjoy moaning. 5 stars.
