Waited in line for 10 minutes behind two customers only to find out that the service I was looking to receive (an identification verification) was not offered past 5:30 pm? Disappointing.
Always had good service and the staff work super hard when its busy!
The manager at the post office is so lovely . Very helpful and goes the extra mile.The young girls Ive seen are very friendly moody occasionally but most pleasant .The older lady well she is very rude and miserable .Over great post office c
Very unhelpful, I have always been able to go to a post office to get change in numerous locations but not this one apparently
The younglady at this post office did not understand the 2 forms of identity that were required to change address and did not seem to understand what a bank statement was or how it is accepted as a form of ID according to post office rules. She also tried to overcharge my daughter on another occasion as she could not read the scales accurately for a package. Other older members pleasant and knowledgeable but unfortunately this member of team rude and unreliable with her facts and knowledge
