We have used this dry cleaners for the best part of 20 years! Never ever had a problem. In fact they even phoned me to tell me there was damage to a jacket did I want to go ahead. Totally our fault .. I hadn't been told about the damage before handing the garments in! Great staff, great service

Shocking service, unfriendly staff. Our duvet was dropped off on Sat & due back on Tuesday- didn't happen. No good reason, they just forgot about it. Called the next day to see if it was ready, changed my lunch hour at work to collect it before they close at 1pm. Got massive attitude from the manager & was made to feel that it was a huge inconvenience to them to have the duvet ready in time- seriously??!! Customer service is nil at this place!!
This place is always busy. They do a lot of their cleaning in-house rather than sending it to another out of town location.The staff are generally quite helpful and able to turnaround garments in less than a day if need be. Otherwise, their normal service is just fine. Do you really need anything more from a dry cleaner?
