Attended the Yoga for beginners class which is held at the St Peters Church hall in Hersham on Monday evening. The venue was spacious and a comfortable temperature. Hannah was very welcoming. The session was really enjoyable and Hannah gave the right amount of instruction and guidance. I would thoroughly recommend Hannah and Zone In Yoga to anyone who is thinking of beginning Yoga :)
