Lauren is an amazing yoga teacher! I have suffered with lower back pain since I had children and no longer suffer since attending her classes. Her meditation session at the end also helps me distress and forget all about the hard week at work! Her classes are pitched at the right level no matter how good or how not so good you are!! Love it!
I couldn't recommend Lauren's yoga sessions highly enough. She is a brilliant teacher who puts you at immediate ease with her calm nature. Full of knowledge and a lovely style of teaching.
