Really poor service & worse customer service. Ordered a dining table for Christmas, weeks in advance with plenty of time.....or so I thought. I had a delivery date estimated as week commencing 3rd December and had to chase this week as it didn't turn up. Only to be told on Dec 17th that due to '"logistics" we wouldn't receive the table until 7th Jan 2019. So not only that, my refund will take up to 7 days....... so I now have no table for Christmas, no chance of getting one elsewhere in time & they still have my money! Oh...... they offered me 15% discount for the table to be delivered in the New Year.....pathetic!
