Impulse buyers are truly safe at Dreams Walton on Thames. In our case the "sales" person who dealt with us seemed totally disinterested in anything other than his own particular tastes and preferences. I came ready to buy and enquired about a particular bed. Only when I pushed him on the price did he grudgingly go away to check and then discovered the bed was on sale at 70 below the price tag. His lack of interest caused us to walk away, leaving the store completely empty of customers. One wonders how these stores remain in business when their sales staff are so unmotivated.

Lance (the store manager) was very professional and helpful. My wife and I first went to Benson for Beds before visiting the Dreams, Walton store and the service was terrible at Benson. Lance however, at Dream was really friendly and knowledgeable. We'd highly recommend this store.
