Brilliant help yet again today; this time with a video camera fault - all sorted by Bob. His obvious technical know-how is invaluable. His guidance has also helped me previously to choose cameras that do exactly what I need. If, like me, you are not technical and want to buy wisely, I highly recommend asking Bob to help you.
Used on line service paid extra for next day delivery got photos 2 days later. Lots of photos missing but duplicated lots. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. Staff didn't have a clue but left alone by manager to run shop. Still not resolved or got refund.
Nipped in to print a few photos. Staff couldnt be less helpful. Printing terminal was difficult to use and staff blamed Apple for problems. Finally left. Went to Boots and printed all photos in a few minutes. Only given 1 star as I cant seem to give Zero. Dont deserve business. AVOID. Plenty of other options.
