Tech Shed went the full nine yards with their customer service! I was stranded without my power cable as my baggage hadn't travelled back with me on my return trip from Spain. It was due to arrive that evening, but my laptop was already nearly out of battery. I took it to Tech Shed for help and they very kindly offered to power my laptop up for me (no charge). That was incredibly helpful because it mean I only lost a couple of hours out of the working day instead of the whole day. Thank you Tech Shed!
