Perfect for my visit as just wanted to browse the beds and all the staff were busy with customers with people waiting.
Terrible service long waiting times met with sarcastic staff all I wanted was a quote, instead left me feeling humiliated. Better of finding an indipendent company.
Great service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and good advice given. Friendly salesman - absolutely no pressure which made the whole choosing/ ordering/ buying experience easy. Super quick delivery and the carpet fitters couldnt have been friendlier and more efficient. Obviously masters at their game because they had fitted the carpet, cleared up and were on their way in no time. Great service from start to finish. We have recommended to a friend who had exactly the same experience as ours. Ask for Kelvin - he was helpful and professional from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful carpet, friendly, professional staff and not one hitch from start to finish so 10/10 from me.
