In only three sessions Dave fixed severe pain associated with years of bad posture and child rearing. Thoroughly recommend.
I am really pleased with the BodyMechanics. Jon is the best physio I know, he always analyses postures, movements, etc to understand the root causes of the problem before devising the best treatment. He also showed me various stretches to avoid the issues reoccurring. Jon understands the needs of sportsmen and sportswomen like no one else, and managed to get me back on the road running and cycling in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended!
