Extremely unhelpful! My Grandmother who was also my Legal Guardian drew up her will with this company and I had a right to investigate her decisions which has now proceeded to settlement. This process could have been a lot easier if Nichols Marcy Dawson helped, but I guess they saw there was no opportunity for them. Really would avoid this company at all costs! Not a customer but after reviewing the notes between my Grandmother and your establishment things weren't explained to her in the best way possible it was average at best. You IGNORED my three phone calls and dealt with me in an unprofessional manner despite the fact I was one of the beneficiaries. With the amount of undue influences going on surrounding Wills I suggest you act with a bit more professionalism. I certainly won't be using you and I will be advising friends and their families who still live in that area not to use your services! It's funny how you can answer me now I've made it public and not before!
