Got given absolutely stunning bouquet of roses this valentine's (14/02/2016), they looked amazing and were rather pricey, but this is not the issue I am trying to point out, in fact, these beautiful flowers were almost withered on the day bought: the green little leaves holding red petals were fully facing down and the petals were starting to come off, needless to say, my dear husband was extremely upset as he tought it would save him time, as he was shopping, and try the new local florist at THE HEART, how wrong was he...Dear, Chelsea Flower shop staff, if you are going to charge 40+ for a bunch of flowers, will you please make sure they last longer than 2 DAYS!!! Does not give great first impressions of your business and what you think of your customers, especially when selling whittered flowers! Would not recommend. We will stick to "The" local florist that has been in Walton for years, who care about their consumers as well as guarantee product freshness that lasts for weeks not couple of days if lucky!!!!
