Very disappointed the way they have treated my daughter who recently worked there. After making an error about her rota they sent an e-mail saying her services were no longer required with no explanation. If she needed more training then why did they not help her and explain things. Very badly treated and very unhappy even after speaking to the owner just now.
The car park was tricky for the first time. And I only can find my kids uniform here. So annoyed but no choices
I detest shopping here and feel very angry that it is the only place I can purchase school uniform.The clothing is badly made (need repair within first week), made of terrible fabrics (scratchy polyester) and poor fitting (always need to pay for alterations).Added to that it is massively over priced - it's the same quality as say ASDA but up to 10 times the cost. Disgusting that they have a monopoly and charge accordingly.They do not even stock several items in my daughter's size and refuse to order unless there are 20 children needing her size (she is 5'10" size 14). The service is horrible, you are swamped with staff asking you if they can help but then they are unable to help and have to go ask the manager.The fitting rooms are not large enough for an adult and child to fit in meaning there are loads of crying children in their underwear being forced into said uncomfortable clothing. There are always very young children accompanying their older siblings and there is nothing to distract or occupy them (the stack of tatty old books doesn't cut-it), so they're screaming as well.Any complaints or queries are answered with "you will have to ask the school, it's nothing to do with us" - wrong, if I am purchasing from you then my contract is with you and it is your responsibility to respond to queries and complaints.The whole experience is stressful and extremely expensive.
