Sparkle and shine cleaned my beige convertible roof and got it looking better than new! The roof before was covered in black marks and was tinged green as well as having jet spray marks - all of which are now gone! Amazing job would definitely recommend to anyone

These guys clean our two cars on a regular basis and they do a great job. Using experienced cleaners who know all the tricks for cleaning the nooks and crannies!
Poor service. They were supposed to come at 11 o'clock but ended up coming at only 12.30. The cleaner was very slow and spent almost 3 hours working on my car. I give 2 stars for this reason, as he tried his "best", but the result was poor, with many parts overlooked entirely, like the inside of doors (see photos). I constantly had to point his attention to missed parts. I ended up cleaning some of the car myself as he sat down, watching! His boss was unwilling to do anything and complained that the service cost him money, and that "bronze" valet is basically inside-out. No compensation was mentioned, even after suggesting to send him photographic evidence of his employee's poor job. I would have done a better job in a third of the time. An automatic car wash would give you better outside cleaning. The previous time I used Sparkle & Shine, it was OK, but this time I was very disappointed and cannot therefore recommend.
